Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Websologic website and any services we agree to provide in writing (such as a statement of work or contract). By using our site or engaging us, you accept these Terms.
If you enter into a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls for the specific project where it conflicts with these Terms.
Services
We provide digital services including web development, SEO, software, and automation as described on our site and in individual proposals. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in project-specific documentation.
You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and access reasonably required for us to perform the work.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or overload our infrastructure beyond normal use.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.
Intellectual property
Our website content, branding, and pre-existing materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment for custom deliverables, ownership and license terms are as set out in your project agreement; if silent, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
Disclaimers
Our website is provided “as is” for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Past results do not guarantee future performance for any engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website (excluding paid services governed by a separate contract cap, if any) shall not exceed the greater of one hundred euros (€100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
